Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Balitbangda's Performance in Supporting Regional Development in Baubau City

Abstract

Balitbangda is a regional technical institution tasked with carrying out research and development in the field of regional development. The effectiveness of Balitbangda's performance in supporting regional development needs to be studied in depth in order to make an optimal contribution to regional development. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Balitbangda's performance in supporting regional development using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the effectiveness of Balitbangda's performance in supporting regional development was still not optimal.
